Total Merchant Supply works with Three Spirits Brewery to customize and install a brewery POS system extraordinaire.
Started by a former doctor who decided to follow a dream, Three Spirits Brewery serves award-winning comfort beers to an appreciative Charlotte clientele.
Flights
As a small brewery, they found that the basics were a really big deal. They needed a way to price and track a “taste” of beer and the fights made up of multiple “tastes”. We talked through the different options of how our system could do this. Three Spirits picked the best one and we made changes to help their POS system fit their specific needs.
Kegs
They also needed the POS system to handle keg deposits for customers buying a single keg. We set up a different kind of department with special item buttons that could handle this request and also hooked them up with a way to turn some of the tax rates into bottle/keg deposits.
Back-Office
Once open, they found that they needed another computer on the POS network. We installed one quickly that ultimately became their back-office computer.
